QuickBooks POS Integrates with Active Club
Management's Wine Club Solution

(POS) is one of the most popular solutions being used in the wine industry and
Active Club Management is pleased to announce the integration of the Active Club
Management club solution with QuickBooks POS.
As the competition for sales and the challenges in the economy increase businesses are looking to make

The Active Club Management interface allows a Direct Sales model (Active Club Management)
and a Walk-In Store model (QuickBooks POS) to merge through QuickBooks POS inventory.
QuickBooks POS merges back with QuickBooks Accounting. This allows the tax reporting
to be done in any of 3 systems. The integration also enables wineries to overcome the
POS limitations of not being able to deal with 10's and now even 1000's of tax categories and codes.
QuickBooks POS allows sales to be rung up quickly, provides inventory tracking, personalized
customer service, customer tracking, allows quick and easy access to reports and handles gift and
loyalty cards - all you have to do is ring up the sales.
Active Club Management integrates with many points within the POS and the new integration can be
highly customized to each business's unique needs.
